Water is also being prevented from coming to the farms which is brutal for the peasants. The writer also discusses the seizing of Sar Firuzabad farms. Correspondence amongst Malakah Iran (Furugh al-Dawlah), the Treasury, and the Ministry of Finance regarding the approval of the Cabinet to pay five thousand tumans to Malakah Iran to compensate for damages to her house when it was bombarded along with the Majlis during the Constitutional Revolution, and requesting the remaining two thousand and five hundred tumans. After Malakah Iran's death, her son, Muhammad Nasir Zahir al-Sultan, asks the Ministry of Finance to account for the remaining money as part of his taxes of seventy-six kharvars (unit of weight) of barley from Mast Khuban village...

Dividing the properties of the late Karbalayi Zayn al-ʻAbidin from Kumachal of Lahijan, including his land, farms, and buildings, among his inheritors, as follows: ʻAli Jinab receives two-elevenths of farm land in Kumachal, Shaykh Muhammad Mahdi and his sisters, Halimah and Sarah, receive four-elevenths of their father's land, Mulla Mahmud and his sister, Hajarah Khanum, receive three-elevenths of their father's land, and Karbalayi Mirza Baqir receives two-elevenths of the land.
